Shipping Schedule

All live plants are shipped on Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping speed is selected at checkout. We recommend choosing Priority or Express shipping for live plants.

Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

Packaging

Plants are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We take great care in packaging to prevent damage from occurring. Depending on the plant type:

• Plants may be shipped in pots or bare-root
• Soil is secured to prevent spills
• Protective materials are used to minimize movement and damage
• Blemishes and leaf damage is part of the risk taken when shipping a live plant.

Weather Disclaimer

Live plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. We only ship plants when our local temperatures are between 30-85 degrees Fahrenheit. We may add a 72-hour heat pack in colder weather. Please monitor your local weather and select appropriate shipping options.  

We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, cold, or shipping delays. 

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” the customer is responsible for retrieving it promptly. We are not responsible for damage due to delays in bringing the package indoors.

If you live in an apartment building, please be vigilant in tracking your packages and be ready to receive the package

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout.

Plant Health Guarantee (DOA Policy)

Our plants are pest-free to the best of our knowledge. We treat all our plants preventatively with pest prevention products for spider mites, mealy bug, and thrips.

We advise quarantining your new plants before introducing them into your collection.

If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged (DOA), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the plant
• Photos of the packaging

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally, continental united states only

We comply with regulations from the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and state agricultural agencies. 

Due to restrictions, we may not ship certain plants to specific states (e.g., CA, AZ, FL, HI). Orders that violate these regulations will be canceled.

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist in filing claims when possible.

We do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please keep your receipt.
